Cost of Doing Nothing Calculator. Interactive financial model that inputs team size, incident rate, and salary to return the annual dollar cost of staying on a legacy setup. Became an outbounding tool. Gave AEs a concrete anchor where there wasn't one.

Stored Procs vs dbt Visual Explainer. Diagram-first interactive comparison. Once customers could see the difference, the deal moved. Other SAs started building their own.

PROMPT.md Artifact Replication System. Skill document so any SA can generate customer-facing HTML explainers without building from scratch. Became a shared team pattern.

Workshop-Driven Soft POC Motion. Workshop format replacing formal POC overhead. Used across multiple customer engagements. Eliminated formal POC in several deals. Now part of how I ramp AEs.

Discovery Process Redesign. Reshaped the discovery motion across the org. Built a structured framework around current state, future state, the gap between them, and what closing it enables downstream. Gave AEs a grounding in what generic data architecture looks like so they could visualize customer environments before walking in the door. AEs are now running the framework on first calls with stronger results. The pattern has spread beyond SAs: account executives are mapping current state on their own and showing up to discovery more visually prepared.

What I enabled on the team
SA Teammate
Built a public interactive guide covering dbt architecture, development workflow, orchestration, and competitive positioning. Directly inspired by and modeled after my work.
SA Teammate
Built interactive side-by-side comparison pages covering dbt Platform vs. dbt Core, vs. Snowflake native tooling, and vs. Databricks. Used live in customer conversations.
SA Teammate
Incorporated the artifact approach into an upcoming training workshop for new hires, extending the pattern into onboarding.
Reusable dbt 101 Deck
Circulated across the team and picked up by teammates for their own customer conversations.

Power BI + apps
Manufacturing data pushed downstream to BI and internal applications

Designed and standardized the ingestion pipeline for manufacturing data using third-party construction commissioning software, covering the Texas data center, Robotaxi, and Cyber Cab programs. Data stored, transformed, and pushed downstream to Power BI and internal applications. Decisions off that stack contributed to what would become the Robotaxi program and early Optimus project work.

Generated synthetic prescription data for QA automation suites

Government services team. Built and maintained the backend keeping CVS pharmacy apps in compliance with federal regulations. Handled prescription data end-to-end: generating synthetic test data with last-gen AI for QA automation suites, masking PHI before it hit the database, and QA-ing the IVR voice recognition flow for patients calling in for prescriptions.
